1. Description of Service

Fixo is a WhatsApp-based AI task management service that allows users to create, assign, and track tasks via WhatsApp and a web dashboard at app.getfixo.app.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use Fixo only for lawful business purposes
• Do not send spam or harassment
• Do not attempt unauthorized system access
• Do not violate any applicable laws
• Do not share account credentials with unauthorized persons

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Prices are in INR and may change with 30 days' notice. GST applies as per Indian tax laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fixo is provided "as is." Sassy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
