Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime via:

  • Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Or email support@getfixo.app

Email cancellations are processed within 1 business day.

2. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Subscription does not renew at next billing date
  • Full access continues until end of current billing period
  • Account automatically moves to free plan after period ends
  • Data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

3. No Cancellation Fees

There are absolutely no cancellation fees, penalties, or exit charges. Cancel anytime without consequence.

4. Reactivation

You can reactivate at any time. If reactivated within 30 days, all previous data is restored. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
