Fixo is a subscription-based SaaS product. Please read this policy before making a purchase.

1. Free Plan

Fixo offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate Fixo fully before upgrading.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 7-Day Refund Window: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first paid payment.
  • Technical Issues: Prorated refund if core features are non-functional and unresolved within 5 business days.
  • Billing Errors: Full refund for incorrect charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests after 7 days of payment
  • Non-usage of subscribed plan
  • Mid-cycle cancellations (except technical issues)
  • Accounts that violated Terms of Service

4. How to Request

Email support@getfixo.app with your registered number, payment date, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds reach your payment method within 5–10 business days.
