1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Your name, business name, WhatsApp number, and email when you register.
• Task Data: Task descriptions, deadlines, and assignee information you send through Fixo.
• Voice Notes: Audio sent to Fixo is transcribed and immediately deleted from our servers after processing.
• Usage Data: Log data and device information to improve our service.
• Payment Information: Processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Fixo service
• To send task reminders and alerts via WhatsApp
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To respond to support requests
• To improve our product

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted, secure servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all transfers. Voice audio files are deleted immediately after transcription. We implement industry-standard security including access controls and regular backups.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We share data only with: Meta (WhatsApp) for message delivery; Razorpay for payment processing; Anthropic for AI task extraction; and service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@getfixo.app. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Task data is retained for 12 months. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
