1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sassy Infotech Private Limited, Surat, Gujarat, India (“Sassy Infotech”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of Fixo — our WhatsApp-based task management service and the web dashboard at getfixo.app. By registering with Fixo or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you use Fixo on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
Fixo lets you create, assign and track tasks through WhatsApp — by text, voice note or forwarded message — and through the web dashboard. Depending on your plan, the service includes reminders, escalation alerts, task acknowledgement, recurring tasks, multi-assignment, digests, activity logs and reporting. Fixo runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform; your use of WhatsApp itself remains subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for activity that happens through your number and your dashboard login.
- You may add team members, co-owners and managers. You confirm you have their consent to add their WhatsApp numbers, and you are responsible for how your team uses the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fixo to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, to break any law, to infringe others' rights, or to probe, disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.
5. Plans, billing and taxes
- Fixo offers free and paid subscription plans. Current plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.
- Prices are stated exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at billing and a GST invoice is provided. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; plan changes apply as described at the time of change, and cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy.
- Plan limits (such as monthly tasks) apply per billing month. We will warn you as you approach a limit. Plain-text task creation continues to work even past your limit.
- We may change plan prices or features with prior notice; changes take effect from your next billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Your content
Your tasks, messages and business data belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to store, process, transcribe and transmit your content to provide Fixo's features (including processing by our AI and messaging providers as described in the Privacy Policy). We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
8. Our property
Fixo, its software, design, logo and brand are the property of Sassy Infotech Private Limited. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the service.
9. Service availability
We work to keep Fixo available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and depends on third-party platforms (including WhatsApp, payment and AI providers) that are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sassy Infotech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost business or missed deadlines — arising from your use of, or inability to use, Fixo. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using Fixo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued (with reasonable notice where practicable). On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified through WhatsApp or the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
